[01]The Situation

Sound familiar?

  • 01

The data's fine. The decisions aren't.

You have numbers you more or less trust — and still no idea which channel deserves next quarter's budget.

  • 02

Everyone has an opinion. Nobody has a stake.

The agency says scale the ads. The agency sells ads. The SEO consultant says it's SEO. You see the pattern.

  • 03

    You've read enough reports.

What you actually want is someone to sit across the table and say: do this, not that — and here's why.

[02]The Turn

Three sessions. No implementation, no deliverable theater. Just the honest read: where your money goes, where it's wasted, and what to do about it next quarter.

I don't touch a single tag, and I don't sell the next thing. Nothing in this engagement gets better for me if you buy more — which is exactly what makes the advice clean.

You leave with an action plan and a priority roadmap you can hand to your team on Monday morning.

[03]The Work

What actually happens.

Tap through the steps — this is the whole engagement, no hidden phases.

The state of things

Where you actually are — not where the decks say.

I come prepared, having gone through your numbers beforehand. We map the real situation: what's working, what's leaking, what's unknown. Expect uncomfortable questions — they're the useful ones.

The options

Every path on the table, argued honestly.

Scale this, kill that, fix this first. Each option comes with its cost, its risk, and its honest probability — including the options that are unfashionable and the ones that don't involve buying anything from anyone.

The plan

A roadmap your team can run with.

We lock the decisions into an action plan with priorities and owners. Not a 60-page strategy deck — a document short enough that people actually use it, specific enough that Monday morning knows what to do.

[04]The Outcome

What you keep.

Direction you can act on — sized for a real team with a real budget.

  • Strategic consulting across 3 sessions
  • Honest assessment of current state
  • Channel and budget analysis
  • Action plan
  • Priority roadmap
  • No implementation — by design
No funnel, just email

[05]The Estimate

€1500 flat for the three sessions, usually spread over two to three weeks at your pace. There's no upsell built in. If a session surfaces implementation work, you can hire anyone to do it — including not me.

Flat €1500 for all three sessions. No calculator needed — that's the point.

[06]The Fit

Not for you if…

Pointing you at the wrong engagement costs me the thing this whole brand runs on. So, honestly:

  • Your tracking is broken. Direction built on bad data is just confident guessing — fix the data first (that's Clarity).

  • You want a big strategy deck for the board. You get a plan and a roadmap; decks are where decisions go to sleep.

  • You've already decided and want validation. You'll get my honest read — which may not be the answer you hired.

If this isn’t the right sizeClarity

If we discover mid-session that your data can't be trusted, we stop and fix that first — direction from bad data isn't direction.

[07]Questions

Asked before. Answered straight.

Access to your numbers before session one, and honesty about the real constraints — budget, team, politics. The plan has to survive contact with your actual company, so I need to know what your actual company looks like.

Usually two to three weeks — enough space between sessions to gather answers, not enough to lose momentum. Your calendar sets the pace.

Yes, and it's usually better when they do. The people who'll execute the plan should hear the reasoning, not just read the conclusions.

[08]The Call

One honest insight
about your data
even if we never work together.

30 minutes. You talk, I look at your setup live. You leave with one fix worth making. And if we’re not a fit, I’ll tell you that too.
