[01]The Situation

Sound familiar?

  • 01

    You've stopped opening your analytics.

Because every time you do, the numbers argue with each other — and you have better things to do than referee.

  • 02

    Two dashboards. Three answers.

Marketing says the campaign worked. Finance says it didn't. Both have charts.

  • 03

You suspect the tracking is broken.

You just can't prove it. And nobody on the team wants to be the one who says it out loud.

  • 04

Every 'audit' so far was a sales pitch.

Twelve slides of screenshots, then a proposal for a retainer. You still don't know what's actually wrong.

[02]The Turn

Clarity is me opening the engine. Your analytics platform, tag manager, dataLayer, network requests, console — hands-on, the way a mechanic works, not the way a questionnaire does.

In three to five days you know exactly what's broken, what's fine, and what to fix first, in writing, in plain language, with the euro impact attached where it can honestly be estimated.

That knowledge is yours whether we ever speak again.

[03]The Work

What actually happens.

Tap through the steps — this is the whole engagement, no hidden phases.

Day 1

You give me read access. I start the same day.

Analytics platform, tag manager, and a look at the site itself. No kickoff deck, no workshop, no questionnaire your team spends a week filling in. The raw view is the point — I want to see what the machines see, not what anyone believes.

Days 1–3

Every event, validated against what actually fires.

I check tracking claims against network requests, not against the tag manager's preview pane. Marketing pixels are inspected against what they actually send. Console errors, race conditions, consent gaps, double-fires — the quiet stuff that makes two dashboards disagree.

Days 3–5

Written in plain language, ordered by impact.

What's broken, why it matters in money, what to fix first. The quick-wins list is separated out so your team can start the same week. It's written so any competent developer can execute it, with or without me.

60 minutes

We go through it together. You ask anything.

By the end of the call you'll know your setup better than most of the people who built it. If the honest summary is 'your setup is mostly fine' — that's what the report says, and I'll tell you that you didn't need me.

[04]The Outcome

What you keep.

One engagement, one deliverable that stands on its own — no strings into the next package.

  • Analytics platform health check
  • Tracking validation across all events
  • Tag management platform audit
  • Hands-on code & console review
  • Network request assessment
  • Marketing library inspection
  • Quick-wins list, prioritized
  • Written report + 60-min walkthrough

[05]The Estimate

Where you land in the range comes down to the size of your stack. One property with one tag manager sits at the bottom; multi-domain setups with server-side pieces sit at the top. You get a fixed quote on the clarity call, before anything starts.

Ballpark, not a quote. The fixed number happens on the call.

[06]The Fit

Not for you if…

Pointing you at the wrong engagement costs me the thing this whole brand runs on. So, honestly:

  • You want someone to confirm the numbers are fine. I'll tell you what I find — either way.

  • You need the fixes done this week. That's Tracking Foundation, and it works best after the audit tells us what to fix.

  • Your whole stack is one Shopify pixel and you're pre-revenue. Book the free call instead — you might not need me yet, and I'll say so.

If this isn’t the right sizeTracking Foundation

Most Clarity audits end with a fix-list. Tracking Foundation is who fixes it.

[07]Questions

Asked before. Answered straight.

Read access to your analytics and tag manager. That's it. No data pulls, no internal docs — part of the value is that I look at the setup cold, the way an outsider (or a regulator, or your next analyst) would.

Then you get a short report saying so, and on the walkthrough I'll tell you that you didn't need me. It's rare. But it has happened, and I said it.

The audit stands alone. Many people do continue to Tracking Foundation — because the report shows exactly what to fix — but it's deliberately written so any competent developer can execute it without me.

No. GA4 and the ecosystems around it — tag managers, marketing pixels, consent platforms, server-side containers — plus other analytics stacks. If yours is exotic, tell me on the call and I'll say honestly whether I'm the right person for it.

[08]The Call

One honest insight
about your data
even if we never work together.

30 minutes. You talk, I look at your setup live. You leave with one fix worth making. And if we’re not a fit, I’ll tell you that too.
